How It Started

Our Story Started in 2014

Go Fish Kauai is the work of one woman who fell in love with Kauai's offshore water and decided to run with it. Gina took over ownership of Kai Bear Sport Fishing Kauai back in 2014, stepped into the role of owner and operator, and spent the next decade building one of Kauai's most respected sport fishing charters.

We run a single six-pack sport fishing boat — the Coast Guard term for a licensed six-passenger charter — the Emma Nalani, out of Nawiliwili Small Boat Harbor every day. In recent years she rebranded the operation to Go Fish Kauai, Inc., a name that fits the energy of what the boat and crew actually deliver every day.
